What to expect –
Round 1 – Hamble
Part of one of the biggest early season keelboat events in iconic waters of the central Solent. Racing will be on our own start and be a windward/leeward course with similar small keelboats. On land facilities will be based from the Royal Southern YC. The season promises to start with a bang! The event consists of a class training and demo day on Friday 11th April, followed by two days of racing over the weekend. See the event information document for all the details and enter below now.
Round 2 – Lymington
Round 2 heads to the western Solent and the picturesque town of Lymington. Having hosted RS21 events in Lymington for the past 3 years, including the nationals in 2023, we know we will be in for 3 days of great racing and socialising. One of our only stand alone events this year, you can guarantee it with be all the things we know and love about RS21 events.
Round 3 – Cowes
The RS21 class are delighted to join the 250th Anniversary calibrations of the Royal Thames in the centre of British sailing, Cowes, Isle of Wight. With over a 1000 boats expected to take part in the regatta you could expect an incredible party atmosphere on land with music, food, drinks and fireworks. Not to mention the sailing in the busy and tactical waters of the central Solent, guaranteeing good hard fun racing.
Round 4 – Dun Laoghaire
Having had such a great time at this regatta in 2022, we head back across the Irish sea to join the fun again. The beautiful town of Dun Laoghaire plays host to the largest keelboat event Ireland, organised by the four yacht club within the harbour, you can be assured of a very well run event both on and off the water.
